- Use complete, uncut 8-tube PCR strips—even for one sample.
- Write numbers only on the tube caps in printed sample-sheet order. Do not write sample names.
- Load samples consecutively from one end with no empty gaps.
- Leave unused tubes only after the final sample.
96-Well Plates
Use only when submitting 48 or more samples.
- Use a 200 µL PCR plate and label its edge with the complete Order ID.
- Start at A01 and fill continuously by your selected row or column order.
- Do not leave gaps between samples.
- Seal securely with heat seal or snug strip caps.
Do Not Send
- Individual loose tubes or cut strips
- Plates with fewer than 48 samples
- 1.5/0.5 mL tubes, opaque tubes, or 384-well plates

Final Check & Sample Turn-In
Complete these steps after labeling your tubes or plate.
Before You Pack
- Confirm every label matches the printed sample sheet.
- Protect tubes or plates inside a secondary container.
- Place each order in its own bag with its barcode sheet visible.
- Cover old labels and use a padded mailer or box.
Turn In Samples
Use an available CVENTBIO Dropbox or ship at room temperature. Multiple orders may share one parcel when each has its own bag and sample sheet.
