Sample Requirements

Submit clean PCR products in labeled tubes. If you performed a cleanup step, note the method so we can tailor processing. Provide expected amplicon size if available.

Ensure labels match the sample names in your order form to avoid delays.

How To Submit Samples

1. Create a service order and select PCR Product Sequencing.

2. Enter sample names and expected amplicon sizes in the order notes.

3. Package tubes securely in a sealed bag with absorbent material.

4. Drop off at a CVENTBIO dropbox or ship using the order confirmation details.

Deliverables

Clean sequence files with summary metrics for each sample. Results are organized by sample name to streamline review and documentation.
