Sample Requirements

Submit purified DNA (plasmid or PCR product) and provide primer details when applicable. If you are using premixed primers, note that in your order.

Clearly label tubes and keep sample IDs consistent with the order form.

How To Submit Samples

1. Create a service order and select Sanger Sequencing.

2. Enter sample names and primer information in the order form.

3. Package samples securely and include primer tubes if required.

4. Drop off at a CVENTBIO dropbox or ship using the order confirmation instructions.

Deliverables

You receive trace files and base calls for each sample, plus summary QC metrics where applicable.
