Sample Requirements

Provide purified plasmid DNA with clear labeling. If you are unsure about concentration or purity, include available measurements and we will review suitability during intake.

We recommend submitting samples in sealed tubes, labeled with sample ID matching the order form.

How To Submit Samples

1. Create a service order and select Whole Plasmid Sequencing.

2. Upload or enter sample names exactly as labeled on your tubes.

3. Package samples securely in a sealed bag with absorbent material.

4. Drop off at a CVENTBIO dropbox or ship to the address provided in the order confirmation.

Deliverables

You receive consensus sequence files, coverage summaries, and a clear report for verification. Files are organized by sample name for easy downstream use.
