○HEK293 and derivative cell lines: Ideal for transient protein expression and high-yield production of viruses, particularly Lentivirus (LV) and pseudoviruses.
○Hard-to-transfect cells: Effective for Raw264.7, primary human keratinocytes, primary mouse cardiac fibroblasts, HeLa, Cos7, rADSC, U2OS, MEF, TU138, TU686, RSC96, N2A, BHK21, as well as neural cells like U251-MG, LN-229 and HMC3.
○Stem Cells: Applicable for umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells, etc. (Note: For stem cells, it is recommended to use double the amount of plasmid and reagent).
